GC-MS法测定药用辅料明胶中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯

         

摘要

A simple method for the determination of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in Gelatin medicinal materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. The single-factor experiment was employed to optimize the extraction method .The ultrasonic extraction method was adopted using ethanol as extraction solvent. The results showed that r2 of linear regression was 0.9998, in the range of 0.03~1.0μg/mL DBP, Limit of the detection was 0.01mg/kg. The standard addition recovery rates at different levels ranged from 96%to 103%with relative standard deviations less than 5.5%( n=3). This method was simple, rapid and sensitive, which can meet the test requirement of DBP in gelatin medicinal materials.%  建立了气相色谱一质谱法测定药用辅料明胶中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的方法。通过单因素试验,优化了提取方法,确定了以乙醇为提取剂的超声波提取法。试验结果表明,DBP浓度在0.03~1.0μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.01 mg/kg。不同水平的加标回收率在96%~103%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5.5%(n=3)。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,能满足明胶中DBP含量的检测需求。
