SnC12作催化剂，1,6-已二醇和氯乙酸在环己烷中网流3h获得1,6-已二醇双氯乙酸酯，然后再与二乙胺在室温下反应3h，合成了新化合物二（N，N-二乙基甘氨酸）-1，6-已二醇酯，总产率达71．8％，并对影响1,6-已二醇双氯乙酸酯产率的因素进行了探讨。%1,6-hexanediol was refluxed with chloroacetic acid for 3 h in cyclohexane to give 1,6-hexanediol bis（chloroacetate） using stannous chloride as catalyst, and then reacted with diethylamine for 3 h at room temperature to afford 1,6-hexanediol bis（N,N-diethylglycinate） with total yield of 71.8 %. The effects of various factors on the yield of 1,6-hexanediol were investigated.
