文章针对南阳油田稠油粘度高难以开采的实际问题,在热力开采稠油的基础上,进行了过渡金属催化降粘剂的性能研究。实验探讨了反应时间、碱加量、温度等因素对稠油粘度的影响以及表面活性剂的耐高温性能,从而确定催化剂辅剂及其用量。将合成的油溶性催化剂与碱/表面活性剂进行复配并加以评价,通过正交实验优选出主剂与辅剂的最佳配比,确定稠油水热催化剂HR组成。此外,还研究了反应条件(温度、催化剂加量)对稠油改质降粘的影响。%Aiming at the heavy oil in Nanyang oilfield with high viscosity to actual mining problems in thermal recovery of viscous oil,on the basis of a transition metal catalyst,viscosity properties.Experimental study of reaction time,alkali dosage,temperature and other factors on the viscosity of heavy oil and the influence of surface active agent in the high temperature performance,thereby defining auxiliary agent and dosage of catalyst.The synthesis of oil soluble catalysts and alkali/surfactant and to evaluate,through orthogonal experiment and choose the main agent and auxiliary agent the optimum ratio,identifying heavy oil water heat catalyst composition of HR.In addition,also studied the reaction conditions(temperature,catalyst loading) on heavy oil viscosity reduction effect of modified.
