水溶性白藜芦醇衍生物的制备及其性质研究

         

摘要

In order to enhance the targeting of resveratrol(1) water-soluble and anti-tumor,glucose and 1 were conjugated into chain segment of carboxylated PEG by DCC/DMAP cross linking to construct Glu-PEG-1(4).The structures were charactered by 1HNMR and IR;UV method for the determination of the content of resveratrol in the product and water-soluble.The results showed that PEG4000-supported glucose-PEG-Resveratrol has the best water-soluble.%为了增强白藜芦醇(1)的水溶性和抗肿瘤的靶向性,通过DCC/DMAP偶联法,分别将葡萄糖和1引入两端均羧基化的聚乙二醇两端构建葡萄糖-聚乙二醇支载白藜芦醇衍生物,其结构经1H-NMR和IR表征;采用UV法测定产物中白藜芦醇的含量及水溶性。结果表明,由PEG4000支载的葡萄糖-聚乙二醇-白藜芦醇的水溶性最好。
