Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Neun antigen in neurofibroma and neurilemmoma. Methods The tissues from 74 cases of nerve tumors, which includes 3 cases of autopsy, 5 cases of leiomyoma, 5 cases of solitary fibrous tumor, 5 cases of fibrocellular tumor, 5 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor, 27 cases of neurofibroma, and 24 cases of neurilemmoma were collected. All the samples were stained with anti-Neun monoclonal antibody through immunofluorescence. Results All the cases of leiomyoma, Solitary fibrous tumor, fibrocellular tumor and gastrointestinal stromal tumor was Neun negative. The Neun-positive ratio was 92. 59％ ( 25 /27) in neurofibroma and 70. 83％ ( 17 /24) in neurilemmoma. Conclusion The anti-Neun monoclonal antibody is used to assist the diagnosis of the neurofibroma and neurilemmoma.%目的 探讨Neun抗原在神经纤维瘤和神经鞘瘤中的表达及意义.方法 筛选尸检脑组织标本3例;平滑肌瘤、孤立性纤维性肿瘤、纤维瘤、胃肠道间质瘤各5例;神经纤维瘤(27例)和神经鞘瘤(24例)行抗Neun抗体免疫荧光染色.结果 在选择的各5例平滑肌瘤、孤立性纤维性肿瘤、纤维瘤、胃肠道间质瘤Neun染色均为阴性;27例神经纤维瘤中,抗Neun抗体阳性25例(92.59％);24例神经鞘瘤中,阳性17例(70.83％).结论 在中性甲醛溶液固定、石蜡包埋的组织中,Neun可以辅助神经鞘膜瘤包括神经纤维瘤和神经鞘瘤的诊断,精确病理诊断,对临床诊断也具有重要意义.
