Objective To investigate melamine induced - pathological changes of fetal organs in pregnant rats.Methods Twenty Kun - ming rats ( half male and female ) were randomly divided into control group ( n = 10, males and females each accounted for 5 , the rats were given normal fodder ) and melamine experimental group ( n = 10. the rats were given melamine - mixed fodder till the pregnant rats gave birth ). The offspring numbers were recorded. The offspring were sacrificed 5 days after birth for observation of pathological changes in heart, liver, lung, and kidney. Results No significant difference was revealed in offspring numher between the two groups ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Balloon degeneration was observed in neonatal livers tissues in experimental group, while no pathological change was revealed in the other neonatal organs in either group. Conclusion Melamine causes damage of fetal liver through pregnant rats.%目的 探讨三聚氰胺对孕鼠胎儿部分脏器的危害.方法 20只昆明小鼠雌雄各半,随机分为对照组(喂食正常饲料)和实验组(喂食掺入三聚氰胺的饲料,直至母鼠分娩后改用正常饲料喂养),每组10只.记录母鼠产幼鼠情况,并在母鼠分娩后5 d,脱颈处死幼鼠,解剖取心、肝、肺、肾,常规固定切片,并对其用HE染色,用光学显微镜观察各个器官的变化.结果 实验组母鼠产子情况与对照组产子情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验组幼鼠肝脏出现了气球样变,对照组则无此现象,对照组与实验组幼鼠其余器官良好.结论 三聚氰胺能通过孕鼠对幼鼠的肝脏造成损伤.
