卵巢早衰抗卵巢抗体和抗透明带抗体及其分类

         

摘要

Objective To study the level and classfication of anti-ovarian antibodies (AoAb) and anti-zona pellucida antibodies (AZpAb) in the sera of premature ovarian failure (POF) patients and to study the pathogenesis of POF. Methods The level and classfication of AoAb and AZpAb in the sera from patient with POF, female infertility with the positive AsAb and the female patient with unexplained infertility were detected by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of AoAb and AZpAb in the sera from patient with POF, female infertility with the positive AsAb and female unexplaned infertile patients were significantly higher than those in normal control (P<0.01). Classfication of antibodies demonstrated that they were major IgG in the sera of POF, positive AsAb infertile and unexplaned infertile group. IgA and IgM were less. Conclusion There are significant relation between POF and auto-immunity, important for further study and prevention of auto-immune POF.%目的 探讨卵巢早衰(POF)患者血清中抗卵巢抗体(AoAb)、抗透明带抗体(AZpAb)水平及其分类情况,研究免疫性卵巢早衰的发病机理。方法 用酶联免疫法测定卵巢早衰、抗精子抗体(ASAb)阳性不孕妇女和不明原因不孕症妇女血清中AoAb,AZpAb并对其进行分类。结果 POF患者、ASAb阳性不孕妇女组及不育患者组血清中AoAb,AZpAb均比正常妇女组高(P<0.01)。在抗体的分类证明,各组抗体以IgG为主,IgA,IgM也有一定的比例。结论 POF与自身免疫异常密切相关,该结果对于深入研究和预防自身免疫性卵巢早衰有重要意义。
