目的 探讨应用NBCA血管内栓塞治疗CAVM的铸型技术。方法 分析和总结220例CAVM血管内栓塞过程中注胶（NBCA）经验和体会。结果 220例患者采用不同浓度的国产NBCA共实施536次栓塞，栓塞后畸形团完全闭塞37例，90％以上55例，70％～90％ 97例，50%～70％ 21例，不足50％ 10例。死亡1例，可逆性肢体功能障碍3例，无永久性神经系统并发症。结论 国产NBCA弥散均匀，聚合速度可控制，但操作者应掌握一定的铸型技巧。%Objective To study the cast technique of endovascular embolization using domestic N-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate (NBCA).Methods Endovas-cular injection of NBCA into cerebral arterio-venous malformation (CAVM) in 220 cases was analyzed and evaluated.Results 536 embolizations with different concentration of NBCA was performed in 220 cases.Postembolization angiography showed complete obliteration of AVM in 37 cases,more than 90% obliteration in 55,70%～90% in 97,50%～70% in 21 and less than 50% in 10 cases.Death in 1,transient limb dysfuntions in 3,and no permanent complication were observed.Conclusion Domestic NBCA permeats better and the rate of polymerisation is easily controlled,good cast technique is needed.
