基于ReHo分析首发精神分裂症患者的脑功能

         

摘要

Objective To analysis the brain function in the first-episode schizophrenia patients by using regional-homogeneity (ReHo), and investigate the brain regions with abnormal functioning in resting state. Methods A total of 20 first-episode schizophrenia patients and 20 matched healthy controls were recruited. All participants received functional magnetic resonance imaging scans. And the patients were assessed using the positive and negative symptom scale. The ReHo was applied in the SPM8 software package to analyze the changes of brain function. The ReHo in the patients and its association with psychiatric symptoms were analyzed. Results Compared with the controls, the patients showed significantly reduced ReHo in the left inferior temporal gyrus, with significantly increased ReHo in the right anterior cerebellar and the right superior parietal lobule (P<0.05). Conclusion There are some abnormal ReHo at certain brain regions in the early stages of schizophrenia, suggesting that may be the existence of abnormal brain function in the resting state.%目的 通过观察静息状态下首发精神分裂症患者的大脑神经元局部一致性的变化,研究精神分裂症的病理机制.方法 选择20例首发精神分裂症患者(患者组),另招募20例在年龄、性别以及受教育程度相匹配的健康正常者作为对照组.对所有入选的研究对象进行全脑静息态功能磁共振扫描,利用PANNS症状量表完成对患者精神症状的评估,同时对患者脑部异常区域的ReHo值与临床症状分析对比.结果 相较于对照组,患者组左侧颞下回的ReHo值出现下降,右侧顶上小叶和小脑前叶的ReHo值却升高(P<0.05,体素集合>50),而患者组激活脑区的ReHo值与患者PANSS评分无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论 首发精神分裂症患者存在多处脑区神经元活动和相邻脑区同步性降低的现象,显示患者脑部功能出现了异常.
