矩形顶管机刀盘的扭矩计算及受力分析

     

摘要

At present, rectangular pipe jacking machine made in China can only be applied to relatively single soil layer, with short service life and imported key components. In this paper, the torque calculation and force analysis on cutter head is made to provide a theoretical basis for the manufacture of stable and reliable rectangular pipe jacking machine, which can be applied to composite soil layer. The torque calculation of cutter head is based on the diameter of cutter head, opening rate, and number of stirring rods, considering the torque of cutting resistance, cutter panel friction, stirring resistance and mechanical resistance. The force analysis of cutter head is based on the three-dimensional model, by using the ANSYS simulation tool to ifnd out the corresponding stress and deformation on the cutters, the spokes and the connecting sleeves in order to reinforce the structure.%目前,国内制造的矩形顶管机适用的地层相对单一,使用寿命短,且关键部件仍依赖进口。本文通过对刀盘进行扭矩计算和受力分析,为制造适用于复合地层、通用性强和稳定可靠的矩形顶管机提供理论依据。刀盘扭矩的计算结合刀盘外径、开口率和搅拌棒数量等因素主要考虑土的切削阻力扭矩、刀盘面板摩擦阻力扭矩、搅拌阻力扭矩和机械损失阻力扭矩。刀盘的受力分析主要根据三维模型对刀具、辐条和联接套进行ANSYS仿真分析,得出相应的应力与形变,对结构进行加强。
