在梳理东江流域各地市跨界河湖问题清单和开展专题调研的基础上, 简要介绍了东江流域 (广东) 的跨界河湖问题基本情况, 逐一分析各个跨界河湖问题的焦点和症结, 提出解决问题的对策建议, 并从流域管理的角度出发, 提出解决东江流域跨界河湖问题的下一步工作设想.在全面推行河长制湖长制的大形势下, 该文对流域各地市协同解决跨界河湖问题, 有一定的指导意义和参考价值.%Based on combing the list of transboundary rivers and lakes problems in Dongjiang River Basin and carrying out special research, this paper introduces briefly the basic situation of transboundary rivers and lakes in Dongjiang River Basin (Guangdong), and analyzes the focal points and sticking points of each transboundary river and lake problem one by one.The countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem are put forward, and from the point of view of the basin management, put forward to solve the problems of transboundary rivers and lakes in the Dongjiang River Basin next step.Under the situation of implementing the river and chief system, this paper has a certain guiding significance and reference value to solve the problem of transboundary rivers and lakes problems for each district city in Dongjiang River Basin.
