目的 探究天麻钩藤饮加减治疗糖尿病合并高血压肝肾阴虚型的临床疗效.方法 选择2012年1月-2016年5月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病合并高血压患者110例,随机分成观察组及对照组,每组55例.两组均给予常规治疗措施,包括饮食运动指导,心理疏导、口服西药降糖降压药物等,观察组加用天麻钩藤饮加减进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗2个月临床效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.36%(53/55)明显高于对照组76.36%(42/55),数据差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 在合并高血压(肝肾阴虚型)的糖尿病患者治疗过程中加用天麻钩藤饮加减,效果良好,获得认可,值得进一步在临床应用及推广.%Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods From January 2012 to May 2016 in our hospital, 110 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional treatment, including dietary exercise guidance, psychological counseling, oral hypoglycemic drugs and other Western medicine.The observation group was also given Tianma Gouteng decoction for treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups after 2 months of treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.36% (53/55), which was significantly higher than 76.36% (42/55) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tianma Gouteng decoction in diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension (yin deficiency of liver and kidney) has good effect, is recognized, and is worthy of further clinical application and promotion in clinical medicine.
