Objective To study the significance of the application of the traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot .Methods 72 cases of patients from our hospital with diabetic foot were selected , and they were randomly divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (30 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care .The observation group was given TCM nursing intervention on routine nursing care .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared .Results After nursing , the conditional classification of the observation group was lower than that of the group (P<0.05), and the wound areas of the observation group was significantly less than that of control group (P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%, and total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can effectively enhance therapeutic effect of patients with diabetic foot, and is worthy of clinical application .%目的：探讨中医护理干预在糖尿病肢端坏疽护理应用的重要性。方法选取72例糖尿病肢端坏疽患者，随机分成治疗组（42例）和对照组（30例）。对照组实施常规的外科护理，治疗组在其基础上重视中医护理干预。对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果护理后治疗组病情分级低于对照组（P＜0．05），创面面积明显小于对照组（P＜0．01）。治疗组总有效率90．48％，对照组总有效率76．67％。结论中医护理干预可以有效提高糖尿病肢端坏疽患者的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
