Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax. Methods According to the 40 patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax different condition, admitted in hospital during June 2014 to October 2014, take the conservative treatment, the closed drainage of thoracic cavity, thoracotomy. Results Patients with traumatic pneumothorax after appropriate treatment, the total cure patients with 32 cases, the cure rate was 80%, 8 cases of patients died, the mortality rate was 20%. Conclusion In the clinical work,close observation of the changes in patients with traumatic pneumothorax, timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment accordingly, is the key to save traumatic hemopneumothorax patients.%目的：探讨创伤性血气胸的临床诊断和治疗。方法根据2014年6月至2014年10月期间收治的40例创伤性血气胸患者的不同病情，采取保守治疗、胸腔闭式引流治疗、开胸手术等相应的治疗方法。结果创伤性血气胸患者经过相应治疗后，总治愈患者有32例，治愈率为80%，死亡患者有8例，病死率为20%。结论临床工作中严密观察创伤性血气胸患者的病情变化，及时准确的作出相应诊断治疗，是救治创伤性血气胸患者成功的关键。
