目的：研究胱抑素C、尿微量蛋白在早期检测肾功能异常发生应用价值。方法选取脑卒中伴有糖尿病患者35例为观察组，选择同时期医院健康体检者34例为对照组。比较两组患者血清胱抑素C、肌酐、尿微量蛋白检测结果。结果观察组肾功能胱抑素C及尿白蛋白检查结果明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论血清中胱抑素C、尿微量蛋白是反映脑卒中后早期肾功能损害的内源性敏感指标，具有重要的临床价值。%Objective To study the clinical value of serum cystain C and Urinary microprotein in Diabetes with Stroke.Methods 35 patients with stroke associated with diabetes as the observation group were selected, and the same time the hospital health check-up 34 cases as control group were selected. To compare two groups of patients with urinary inhibition c, serum creatinine, urine micro protein test results.Results Observation group kidney bladder inhibition C and urine albumin test results were signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Urinary inhibition C in serum, urine micro protein are endogenous sensitive indexes of early renal damage after stroke, and it has important clinical value.
