Objective To turn unarmed position processing head a research and analysis on the clinical effect of childbirth.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in July 2013 - July 2014 treated 100 cases of maternal head during childbirth, all the patients were divided into experimental group and control group. Including the control of maternal fetal head aspiration processing method, and the experimental group, the use of the unarmed turn position way, summarize the unarmed turn head position treatment the clinical effect of childbirth.Results The success rate of puerpera childbirth due to the control group, at the same time, the contrast of two groups of maternal labor and postpartum haemorrhage amount have signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Turn unarmed position is the most important way to solve the head during childbirth, to shorten labor and reduce cesarean section rate of maternal has certain help, can be popularized and applied in clinical.%目的：对徒手转胎位处理头位难产的临床效果进行研究和分析。方法随机选取我院2013年7月至2014年7月收治的头位难产的产妇100例，将所有的患者分为实验组和对照组。其中对照组的产妇采用胎头吸引术的处理方式，而实验组则采用徒手转胎位的处理方式，总结徒手转胎位处理头位难产的临床效果。结果实验组产妇分娩的成功率由于对照组，同时两组产妇产程和产后出血量的对比有明显的差异（P＜0.05）。结论徒手转胎位是解决头位难产的重要方式，对缩短产程和降低产妇的剖宫产率有一定的帮助，可以在临床中得到推广和应用。
