目的：探讨血栓弹力图在ICU急性心肌梗死术后患者凝血功能中的应用价值。方法52例急性心肌梗死术后患者作为观察组，同期选择52例健康人群作为对照组，两组都进行了血栓弹力图检测和凝血指标检测。结果两组的PT、APTT与FIB值对比差异无意义（P＞0.05），而观察组血栓弹力图检测的R与K值明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。Pearson相关性分析显示APTT和PT值与K值与α角存在明显相关性，FIB值只与K值明显相关性（P＜0.05）。结论血栓弹力图在ICU急性心肌梗死术后患者凝血功能中的应用具有明显优势，能够更加及时准确地提供诊断治疗依据，有很好的应用价值。%Objective To discuss the application value of thromboelastography (TEG) for coagulation function of ICU post-operation patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 52 cases of ICU patients with acute myocardial infarction were chosen as the observation group, 52 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group; two groups have carried out TEG detection and coagulation testing.Results The PT, APTT and FIB values of two groups had no signiifcant differences (P>0.05), while the R and K values of observation group were signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that APTT, PT and K values were signiifcantly correlated with α angle, FIB value was signiifcantly correlated only with K value (P<0.05).Conclusion TEG has obvious advantages for detecting coagulation function of ICU post-operation patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can provide a basis for more timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment and has a very good value.
