目的：对中医综合康复手段治疗脑卒中偏瘫后肩痛的效果进行临床分析。方法选取脑卒中偏瘫后肩痛76例，随机进行分组，常规组患者36例，均给常规康复治疗；综合组患者40例，给予中医综合康复治疗，对两组患者的治疗情况进行分析。结果综合组患者临床症状缓解的时间、日常运动功能的评估、关节活动范围、患者满意度、疼痛程度等对比常规组患者，差异性显著（P＜0.05）。结论对于脑卒中偏瘫后肩痛患者进行中医综合康复治疗可有效的改善患者上肢活动范围、上肢功能，降低疼痛程度，缩短疼痛活动时间，明显提高脑卒中患者的生活质量，适宜依据患者情况临床应用治疗。%ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive rehabilitation means in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke hemiplegia. Methods76 cases of post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into, conventional group with 36 cases, given conventional rehabilitation treatment and comprehensive group with 40 patients, given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. ResultsClinical symptoms remission time, routine motor function assessment, range of joint motion, patients’ satisfaction, and the degree of pain of comprehensive group compared with conventional group, had differences which were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain, TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the range of motion and function of upper limb, reduce pain, shorten the pain and activity time, and improve the quality of life; which is suitable for clinical application based on the patient's condition.
