目的：分析临床上对入侵红火蚁蜇伤的临床特征分析及预防。方法取2010年10月至2011年10月为对照阶段，取2011年11月至2012年11月为预防阶段，其中预防阶段采取相应措施预防入侵红火蚁蜇伤。对两阶段入侵红火蚁蜇伤患者情况比较，同时对蜇伤临床特征进行分析。结果相较于对照阶段，预防阶段中入侵红火蚁蜇伤患者较少，且蜇伤程度更轻，P＜0.05。结论入侵红火蚁蜇伤患者受伤部位会迅速出现中毒症状，过敏人群出现循环障碍、休克及死亡情况，应采取相应预防措施，减少入侵红火蚁蜇伤发生率。%Objective To analyze the clinical of red imported ifre ant stings clinical feature analysis and prevention. Methods From October 2010 to October 2011 as the control phase, from November 2011 to November 2012 for the prevention, the prevention of preventive measures of red imported ifre ant stings.
