ObjectiveTo analyze the application of traditional chinese medicine injections(TCMI)in hospital during 2011-2013 years.Method Statistical analysis of total TCMI application in each year and different variety amount and DDDs sort, based on medication data in 2011-2013(including varieties, speciifcations, sales volume, sales amount, etc.).Result An increase of TCMI total variety amount from 15 to 38 amounts to a 153.33% increase; total sales amounts increase up to 14325.1 ten thousand yuan from 5769.8 ten tlenscmd yuan, increase 148.27%. TCMI have a wide range of application, especially in anti-infective and cardiovascular drugs.Conclusion Although not part of traditional forms, but traditional Chinese medicine injection(TCMI) still retalns the characteristics of traditional Chinese herbs, and therefore, when used in clinical, still in accordance with the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, follow the“Differential Treatment” principle, abide by “clinical medicine injections application guidelines”.%目的：分析我院2011年~2013年中药注射剂应用情况。方法以我院计算机网络管理系统载录的2011年~2013年中药注射剂用药数据（包括品种、规格、销售数量、销售金额等）为依据，统计分析各年度中药注射剂总应用情况及不同功能主治中药注射剂临床应用品种数及DDDs排序。结果我院中药注射剂总品种数由2011年的15种增长到2013年的38种，增长率为153.33%，总销售金额数由2011年的576.98万元增加到2013年的1432.51万元，增加率148.27%，各年度中药注射剂的应用日益广泛，尤以抗感染和心脑血管用药为最。结论中药注射剂虽然不属于传统的剂型，但仍保留着中药的药性特点，因此在应用于临床的时候，仍需依照中医中药的理论指导，遵循“辨证施治”的原则，遵守《中药注射剂临床应用指导原则》，严格依据药品说明书合理、有效、安全用于临床。
