Objective To explore the effect of auricular plaster therapy and frontal scrubing for the treatment of agrypnia in osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 100 patients with agrypnia in OVCF were randomly assigned to contrast group or treatment group.Each group included 50 patients. Control animals received estazolam for 3 days. Treatment group was treated with auricular plaster therapy and frontal scrubin for 3 days. We tried to assess the level about the paln and changes of the PSQI.Results The treatment effect was significantly lower in paln level and the total scores of PSQI than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion It was found out that auricular plaster therapy and frontal scrubing had curative effect on agrypnia in OVCF.%目的：观察开天门配合耳穴埋豆法治疗OVCF不寐患者的临床疗效。方法将100例OVCF不寐患者根据疼痛程度随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予安定治疗3 d，治疗组给予开天门配合耳穴埋豆法治疗3 d，评估2组患者治疗后疼痛分级情况及睡眠指数变化。结果治疗后，治疗组疼痛程度和PSQI总分都显著低于对照组，2组比较有统计学差异（P＜0.01）。结论开天门配合耳穴埋豆法治疗OVCF不寐患者疗效确切，可推广于临床。
