Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway to reduce the adverse reaction of women after intrauterine devic(IUD).Methods 500 patients after intrauterine devic in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 250 cases in each. Among of them, the control group was applied routine nursing, and the observation group was used the clinical nursing pathway ,compared two groups the incidence of adverse reactions and the nursing job satisfaction.Results The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The nursing job satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Women after IUD to implement of clinical nursing path, it can increase the tolerance of adverse reaction, to improve the family planning object satisfaction to nursing work and family planning work, it's worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探讨临床护理路径减少妇女放置宫内节育器术后不良反应的效果。方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月医院门诊放置宫内节育器的500例育龄妇女作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各250例。其中，对照组采用宫内节育器放置术的常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径进行护理，比较两组对象术后不良反应的发生率以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组对象对护理工作满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对放置宫内节育器术后的妇女实施临床护理路径，可以增加其对不良反应的耐受性，提高计生对象对护理工作和计划生育工作的满意度，值得临床推广应用。
