目的：观察孟鲁司特钠联合肺力咳合剂治疗儿童感染后咳嗽（PIC）的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月至2014年2月60例PIC患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予孟鲁司特钠联合肺力咳合剂治疗，对照组给予肺力咳合剂治疗，比较两组患儿临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组可明显缩短显效时间，改善咳嗽症状评分，提高总有效率，治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为90%与70%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合肺力咳合剂治疗儿童感染后咳嗽疗效明显，不良反应少，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect montelukast sodium combined with feilike heji on post infection cough in children.Methods 60 children with post infection cough from february 2012 to february 2014 were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table. The treatment group were given Montelukast sodium combined with Feilike Heji, the control group were given Feilike Heji. Then, the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Results The Montelukast sodium combined with Feilike Heji could improve the cough sign score, shorten improvement line and increase total effective rate apparently(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 70% respectively.the difference was statistically signiifcant. The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups indicated no statistically signiifcant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with Feilike Heji showed a better curative effect on post infection cough in children and little adverse reactions. It should be widely used in clinics.
