层次分析法在构建继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系中的应用探讨

         

摘要

Objective Construction of continuing nursing education effect evaluation system.Method Analysis of the Current Situation of nursing education, based on the use of the Delphi method, etc. Construction of AHP evaluation system of continuing nursing education results.Result In this study, the positive factor of two rounds of Delphi were 98.3% and 100.0%, experts coefifcients were 0.81 and 0.79; after two rounds of consultation one, two, three expert Kendall's W coefifcient was 0.451,0.370 and 0.381,P <0.05; the number of continuing nursing education effect evaluation system constructed by the reaction layer, learning level, behavioral level, the results of constituting the layer 4 dimensions, the evaluation index system of one, two, three indicators were 4, 11 and 44.Conclusion In this study, the use of AHP continuing nursing evaluation system Fadeerfei method to determine the effect of having a higher education expert authority, enthusiasm and degree of coordination, the ifndings have good validity and credibility of management's evaluation nurses continue nursing education an effective tool for the effect.%目的:构建继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系。方法分析我国继续护理学教育现状,在此基础上使用德尔菲法、层次分析法等构建继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系。结果本研究两轮德尔菲法的积极系数分别为98.3%和100.0%,专家系数分别为0.81和0.79;两轮咨询后一、二、三级专家Kendall's W系数分别为0.451、0.370和0.381,P<0.05;构建的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系由反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层4个维度构成,评价指标体系的一、二、三级指标的数量分别为4、11和44个。结论本研究中使用层次分析法德尔菲法确定的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系具有较高的专家权威性、积极性和协调程度,研究结果具有较好的效度和可信度,是管理层评价护理人员继续护理学教育效果的有效工具。
