目的：探讨分析精神科护理人员心理健康状况并提出相应的对策。方法选取我院精神科护理人员32名，对其进行相应的调查问卷，根据护理人员的回答概述护理人员存在的心理疾病，并提出相应的对策。结果32名精神科护理人员不同程度的存在抑郁、压力、狂躁等心理疾病。结论对精神科护理人员进行相应的心理指导是非常有必要的。%Objective To investigate the analysis of psychiatric mental health nurses and propose appropriate countermeasures.Methods A total of 32 people in our hospital psychiatric nurses, their corresponding questionnaire, based on an overview of nursing caregivers answered existence of mental illness, and the corresponding countermeasures.Results 32 psychiatric nurses varying degrees of depression, stress, mania and other mental illnesses.Conclusion Psychiatric nurses corresponding psychological guidance is very necessary.
