Objective To survey mental health condition in junior psychiatric nurses in order to provide basis for boosting their mental health levels.Methods Forty-three junior psychiatric nurses were assigned to observation group and 44 junior non-psychiatric ones to control group,and assessments conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90).Results The total,somzatization,interpersonal relation,depression,anxiety and phobia score of the SCL-90 were significantly higher in observation than in control group (P <0.01),there were no significant group differences in other factors scores (P >0.05).Conclusion Mental health conditions of junior psychiatric nurses are poorer,purposeful psychological interventions should be given to them to boost their psychosomatic health levels.%目的：了解精神科低年资护理人员心理健康状况,为提高其心理健康水平提供依据。方法将43名精神科低年资护理人员设为观察组,44名非精神科低年资护理人员设为对照组,采用症状自评量表进行测评分析。结果观察组症状自评量表总分及躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分均显著高于对照组(P <0.01),其他因子分与对照组比较差异无显著性(P >0.05)。结论精神科低年资护理人员心理健康状况较差,应予以有针对性的心理干预提高其心身健康水平。
