ObjectiveTo investigate the prevention nursing measures and effect of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity department of general surgery operation in perioperative period.Methods In our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were underwent department of general surgery operation therapy in patients with sampling, 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group given routine nursing care, observation group were given individualized nursing, clinical nursing effect of the two groups.Results Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after nursing observation group formation rate (0%) was significantly lower than the control group (8.1%), and patient satisfaction (97.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.8%), there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing on patients, can effectively reduce the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis rate, at the same time with high satisfaction.%目的：了解预防普外科手术围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理措施及效果。方法对我院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的接受普外科手术治疗的患者进行抽样，选择74例患者随机分为两组，其中对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以个性化护理，观察两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组护理后下肢深静脉血栓形成率（0%）明显低于对照组（8.1%），且患者满意度（97.3%）显著高于对照组（83.8%），差异具有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对患者实施个性化护理，可以有效降低下肢深静脉血栓形成率，同时取得患者较高的满意度。
