Objective Explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors. Methods Select the hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 treating 76 patients with intracranial vascular diseases for the study, under the guidance of ultrasound contrast in performing the operation. Results After surgery a week on patients line CT or MRI, tips 76 cases patients tumor full resection 63 cases, accounted for 82.9%;13 cases patients due to tumor edge is located in important features district take has times full resection;pathology diagnosis:which glial tumor patients total 65 cases,Ⅰ-Ⅱlevel stars shaped cell tumor, and less bursting glial cell tumor and between variant stars shaped cell tumor, and glial parent cell tumor respectively for 14 cases, 14 cases, 25 cases, 12 cases, brain transfer cancer 11 cases. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound in intracranial tumors secondary to accurately locate and help determine lesion borders, is of high value.%目的：探讨颅内肿瘤诊断中超声造影的应用价值。方法选取我院自2012年9月至2013年9月收治的76例颅内血管疾病患者为研究对象，在超声造影指导下完成手术，分析评价手术效果。结果手术后1周对患者行CT或MRI，提示76例患者肿瘤全切除63例，占82.9%；有13例患者因肿瘤边缘位于重要功能区采取了次全切除；病理诊断：其中胶质瘤患者共65例，Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤以及间变型星形细胞瘤、胶质母细胞瘤分别为14例、14例、25例、12例，脑转移癌11例；声像图特征：声像图能够较为准确地显示患者肿瘤的位置、边界、内部血管包括和邻近血管存在的毗邻的关系还有肿瘤血流灌注情况。结论术中超声造影辅助能够准确定位颅内肿瘤，帮助术者确定病变边界，精确指导手术，便于及时发现和清除病灶残留，具有较高的应用价值。
