Objective To study the collaborative nurse press method application in elderly patients with intravenous fluids. Method Select from January 2013 to April 2013, in our hospital outpatient intravenous infusion of 300 cases of elderly patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases in each group. Control group with traditional needle pull pressure method, the observation group USES the collaborative nurse pressure method. Results The press effect of observation group was obviously better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Using collaborative pressure method, nurses and patients can reduce the happening of the subcutaneous ecchymosis.%目的：探讨护患协作式按压方法在老年静脉输液患者中的应用。方法选取2013年1~4月在我院门诊进行静脉输液的老年患者300例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各150例。对照组采用传统拔针按压法，观察组采用护患协作式按压方法。结果观察组的按压效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用护患协作式按压方法，可以减少皮下淤血的发生。
