目的：对膀胱低度恶性潜能乳头状泌尿上皮肿瘤（PUNLMP）的分类及临床特征进行分析观察。方法选取2011年2月至2012年2月于本院治疗的40例PUNLMP患者，将其定为观察组，将同期于本院治疗的30例乳头状瘤患者，定为对照组Ⅰ，50例乳头状泌尿上皮低级别癌患者，定为对照组Ⅱ，对其临床资料进行分析比较。结果观察组中复发率为17.5%，复发时间平均为25.2个月；对照组Ⅰ复发率为6.7%，对照组Ⅱ复发率为32.5%；以P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对膀胱低度恶性潜能乳头状泌尿上皮肿瘤具有独特病理，独特临床特点，复发率较高，术后应长期随访。%Objective Papillary urinary epithelial tumors of bladder low-grade malignant potential (PUNLMP) of the classification and analysis the characteristic of clinical observation. Methods February 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital for the treatment of 40 patients with PUNLMP, as the observation group, it will be the same on the treatment of 30 patients with inverted papilloma,Ⅰas control group, the level of 50 cases of papillary epithelial low urinary carcinoma patients,Ⅱas control group, the clinical data were compared. Results The recurrence rate was 17.5%in observation group, the recurrence time averaged 25.2 months. Control groupⅠrecurrence rate was 6.7%, control groupⅡrecurrence rate was 32.5%;with P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Papillary urinary epithelial tumors of bladder low-grade malignant potential with unique pathologic and clinical characteristics, unique recurrence rate is high, should be long-term follow-up after surgery.
