目的:探讨老年患者饮食安全的护理方法,保障老年患者饮食安全。方法选取2012年1月至6月在我院住院的老年患者311例为对照组,选取2012年7月至12月在我院住院的老年患者315例为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予饮食安全干预。结果干预组患者饮食安全意外发生率为1.60%,对照组为7.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.42,P<0.01)。结论对老年住院患者在住院期间进行饮食安全干预,可以有效减少饮食意外事件的发生,降低不良后果。%Objective To explore the nursing methods for elderly patients with safe diet, and to guarantee food which is safe for elderly patients. Methods Select 311 cases of elderly patients from the 1-6 months of 2012 in our hospital as a control group, and the control group was given safe routine nursing care. Select 315 cases of elderly patients from the 7-12 months of 2012 in our hospital as a intervention group, and the intervention group was given food security interventions. Result Food safety accident rate of the intervention group is 1.60%, while the control group was 7.12% (χ 2=11.42,P<0.01). Conclusion Food safety intervention during hospitalization of elderly inpatients, we can effectively reduce the diet accident, and reduce the adverse consequences.
