目的：探讨连续尿检在诊治泌尿系统疾病的意义。方法对某小学入选的362名学生每年尿检一次，连续观察10年。结果尿检异常：第一年3例，第二年2例，第三年4例，第四年4例，第五年4例，第六年7例，第七年8例，第八年6例，第九年5例，第十年2例。结论对儿童青少年每年尿液检查以利及早发现泌尿系统异常，并得到及时治疗，特别是对肾脏病的诊治与预后有现实的临床意义。%Objective To explore the clinical signiifcance of the continious annual urinalysis screening in urinary system disease in children and teen-agers. Methods To make routine urinalysis for 362 children and teen-agers in school, once a year, coutinious ten years.Results Abnormal ifnding in urinalysis: the 1 year 3cases, the 2 year 2cases, the 3 year 4cases, the 4 year 4 cases, the 5 year 4 cases, the 6 year 7 cases, the 7 year 8 cases, the 8 year 6cases, the 9 year 5 cases, the 10 year 2 cases.Conclusion There were clinical signiifcance for ifnding and treating timly the urinary system disease particle in kidney disease to make annualy urine screening examination in children and teen-agers.
