目的探讨护理干预对已出院肾病综合征(NS)患儿服用激素治疗的依从性影响.方法86例 NS 患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各43例，均给予糖皮质激素治疗，出院后观察组给予护理干预，对照组仅出院前给予常规护理指导，对比两组患儿服药依从性及 NS 治疗效果.结果观察组患儿服药依从性为100%，显著高于对照组的81.4%(P <0.01)，且观察组随访中完全缓解率为83.7%，显著高于对照组的41.9%(P <0.01).结论合理的护理干预措施可有效提高 NS 患儿服药依从性，从而提高治疗效果.% Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on hormone medication adherence of children with nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods 86 children with NS were randomly devided into the observation group(n=43) and the control group(n=43), treated with glucocorticoid, and the control group were given routine nursing guidance, and the observation group were given nursing intervention, then the medication adherence and the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results The medication adherence of the observation group was 100%, significantly higher than the control group(81.4%)(P<0.01); the complete remission rate of the observation group was 83.7%, significantly higher than the control group(41.9%)(P<0.01). Conclusion Reasonable nursing intervention can improve the medication adherence and the treatment effects of the children with NS.
