高职院校思想道德修养与法律基础教学中已普遍运用案例教学法，提高了教学效果。当前生源多样化和学生需求多元化给具体案例的选取提出了新的要求，应结合高职学生的新特点，选取具有适度的思考性、可参与性和可交流性、可移情性以及内容和呈现形式具有新奇性的教学案例。%Vocational colleges'"ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis"teaching has generally used the case teaching method to improve the effectiveness of teaching. Current students diverse needs of diverse students and to se-lect specific cases raised new demands, should be combined with the new features of vocational students, selected with moderate thinking, can participate and can communicate, can empathy and content and presented in the form of teach-ing cases with novelty.
