联片教研模式下规范乡镇薄弱民办园办园行为的实践探索

         

摘要

乡镇薄弱民办幼儿园存在小学化、保姆式、自由式、商业化的办园行为,办园规范化程度亟待提高。在联片教研模式下,乡镇薄弱民办幼儿园不规范的办园行为通过分三步走扭转办园方向、抓三个层面促科学发展、提三个建设深化园所内涵,有效推动城市和乡镇学前教育的良性互动和城乡学前教育均衡发展。%Township weak private kindergarten has primary, nanny, freestyle, commercial office kindergarten behavior, de-gree of standardization Office Park needs to be improved.
