The teaching method of PBL was practiced and explored in the course of Genetics teaching.The results showed that the teaching method of PBL can creating active classroom atmosphere and can arouse the initiative of students and can cultivate the ability of analyse and solve problems. In the same time some problems were analyzed in the course of PBL teaching and how to strengthen and perfect PBL teaching was also analysed in the next teaching.%通过在遗传学教学过程中对PBL教学法进行实践与探索，结果表明PBL教学法能够活跃课堂气氛，能够调动学生学习的主动性，能够培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。同时还分析了PBL教学中存在的一些问题及在今后教学中如何加强和完善。
