For the combined influence of macro and micro environmental changes and subjective and objective elements, some bottleneck factors, hindering the realization of the employment target, have formed during the selective process of employment channels of college graduates in China. Based on the analysis of the bottleneck factors of the employment channels for graduates and the causes, in the paper; the author, in view of the experiences and sentimant from the job of graduate employment guidance, proposes preliminary strategies on resolving the bottleneck factors of the employment channels for college graduates from work ideas, perspectives, and approaches.%当前我国高校毕业生在实现就业的过程中，受到宏观、微观环境变化和主、客观因素的共同影响，在其就业渠道的选择过程中形成了阻碍就业目标顺利实现的瓶颈性因素。本文以对毕业生就业渠道瓶颈性因素及其成因的分析为基础，结合笔者在从事毕业生就业指导工作中的所感、所得，从工作思路、工作视角和途径选择等方面对化解高校毕业生就业渠道的瓶颈性因素提出了初步的策略。
