叶菜型甘薯大棚越冬栽培薯苗存活率及其产量性状表现

         

摘要

为提高叶菜型甘薯的繁殖系数,保证种植种源的持续供应,采用薯苗大棚栽培越冬留种,研究不同品种和节位薯苗越冬栽培的薯苗地上和地下部性状。结果表明:叶菜型甘薯福菜薯18和鄂菜薯1号的茎尖薯苗和二节薯苗越冬存活率最高为77.50%,最低为66.25%;鄂菜薯1号茎尖薯苗越冬苗株高最高为29.3 cm,茎尖薯苗株高均与二节薯苗的株高差异显著;二节薯苗分枝数、薯苗产量最高分别为62.77个/m2、493.34 kg/667m2,均显著高于茎尖薯苗;越冬地下茎存活率以二节薯苗优于茎尖薯苗,存活率在73.75%~82.50%;茎尖薯苗的柴根产量和数量均优于二节薯苗,分别达128.89 kg/667m2和16.1个/m2。结论:以二节薯苗栽培越冬,其来年薯苗分枝、产量、地下茎性状均优于茎尖薯苗,薯苗直接栽插繁殖、地下茎萌发繁殖速度均快于柴根。%The agronomic character of overground and underground parts of overwintering seedlings of different varieties and internodes in greenhouse to raise propagation coefficient of vine-vegetable sweet potato and to sustainable supply of seed source.Results:The survival rate of overwintering seedlings from stem tip and second internode of Fucaishu 18 and Ecaishu I is 66.25%~77.50%.The maximum height of overwintering seedlings from stem tip of Ecaishu I is 29.3 cm,significantly higher than seedlings from second internode of Ecaishu I.Maximum branch number and yield of overwintering seedlings from second internode of two varieties are 62.77/m2 and 493.34 kg/667m2 , both significantly higher than overwintering seedlings from stem tip of two varieties.The survival rate of overwintering subterraneous stem from second internode is 73.75% ~ 82.50%,better that seedlings from stem tip.The yield and quantity of non-swelling root of overwintering seedlings from stem tip are 128.89 kg/667m2 and 16.1/m2 respectively,higher than seedlings from second internode.In conclusion,the branch number,yield and subterraneous stem character of overwintering seedlings from second internode are better than seedlings from stem tip, and the propagation speed of direct transplanting seedlings and subterraneous stem germination are faster than non-swelling root.
