为了解3％广枯灵水剂对辣椒白绢病的抑制作用，对其进行了室内抑菌的初步研究。结果表明，3％广枯灵水剂能明显抑制辣椒白绢病菌菌丝的生长，EC50为15．3μg/mL；3％广枯灵100μg/mL处理的菌丝出现弯曲、不规则膨大、打结和局部膨肿现象；广枯灵浓度高于6．25μg/mL，菌丝干重明显下降，EC50为9．46μg/mL，能显著抑制孢子萌发；广枯灵浓度为25μg/mL时，孢子几乎不萌发；广枯灵处理细胞膜通透性的作用随处理时间的延长而增大。%To explore the inhibition activity of 3% Guangkuling aqueous solution on S.rolfsii,the indoor inhibition activity was preliminarily studied.Results:3% Guangkuling aqueous solution displayed highly strong antifungal activity on hyphal growth of S.rolfsii,with 50% effective concentration(EC50)of 15.3μg/mL.Meanwhile,the hyphal morphology of S.rolfsii treated with 100μg/mL Guangkuling was observed bulged irregularly,knotted and twisted.The dry weight of S.rolfsii decreased obviously when the concentration of Guangkuling was over 6.25μg/mL ,the EC50 was 9.46 g/mL.Furthermore,3%Guangkuling aqueous solution could inhibit the germination of S.rolfsii spores evidently.Guangkuling affected the permeability of cell membrane clearly. Along with the extension of treatment time, the osmotic effect of electrolyte from mycelial cells increased continually.
