By making use of the theory of logistics management,the author conducts an analysis on the. formation and operation mechanism of pepper industry in Zunyi County, Guizhou, China to revel the constraint and promotion of modern logistics on agriculture industrialization. The results shows that modern logistics has an active supporting and pulling effect in the industrialization of pepper industry in Zunyi County. And thus, it can be concluded that modern logistics is an effective way to improve agriculture efficiency, increase the income of farmers and realize the leapfrog development of rural economy for its salient constraint and promotion on the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and scale of agricultural production.%为了揭示现代物流对农业产业化发展的制约和促进作用,运用物流管理理论对中国辣椒之都遵义县的辣椒产业形成及运作机理进行分析.结果表明:现代物流在遵义县辣椒产业化的发展中发挥了积极的支撑和拉动作用.结论:现代物流对农业产业结构调整、生产规模具有突出的制约和促进作用,是实现农村经济跨越式发展的有效途径和提高农业效益、增加农民收入的有效措施.
