主要研究用水蒸汽蒸馏法进行样品处理，用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定样品中游离甲醛的含量。对用水蒸汽蒸馏和未用水蒸汽蒸馏的甲醛标准曲线进行比较，两曲线几乎相同，其线性范围为1—40峭，相关系数为0．9998，在蒸馏水及水性胶粘剂中进行加标回收试验，平均回收率分别为96．2％和96．9％，对水性胶粘剂样品中甲醛含量的测定，结果的相对标准偏差为1．21％，并讨论了该方法的最佳实验条件，在pH=6、波长413nm的条件下，有较好的吸收峰。该方法操作简单、实用性强，具有较高的精密度和准确度。%Main steam distillation of water sample handling, with acetylacetone spectrophotometric determination of free formaldehyde content of the sample.
