Objective To develop standardized training programme for new nurses in the Emergency Department of tertiary hospital, and to improve the accuracy of injury classification. Methods The training objectives and the standards of triage for emergency patients were constituted. A specialized skills training team was formed to train the new nurses in theory knowledge, technical skills and communication skills, and carry out experience discuss regularly. Results According to Chi-square test, the accuracy of triage and the satisfaction rate of patients after training were significantly higher than those before training (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized training can effectively improve the quality of emergency triage, standardize the behavior of nurses for emergency triage, and enhance the satisfaction of patients and their families.%目的 制定新建三级甲等医院急诊新护士分诊的标准化培训方案,提高分诊检伤分类的准确性.方法 制定培训目标和急诊患者分诊标准,成立专科教学小组,对新护士理论知识、技能及沟通能力进行培训,并开展阶段性经验讨论.结果 通过卡方检验进行比较,实施前后,新护士分诊准确率和患者满意率显著提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论 标准化培训可有效提高急诊分诊质量,规范急诊分诊新护士行为,增强患者及家属对急诊工作的信任度.
