目的 探讨术前细致访视对手术患儿应激程度及心理不良状况的缓解效果.方法 选取2009年7月至2011年11月于本院进行手术治疗的46例小儿患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规访视组)和观察组(术前细致访视组)各23例,比较两组患儿访视前、入手术室前刻、术中及术后即刻的收缩压、舒张压、心率、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素水平以及访视前、入手术室前刻的SCL-90父母评定结果.结果 访视前两组患儿的收缩压、舒张压、心率、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素及SCL-90父母评定结果差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而其他时间段观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率、血清皮质醇、肾上腺素波动幅度和SCL-90父母评定结果均优于对照组(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论 术前细致访视对手术患儿应激程度及心理不良状况的缓解发挥着积极的作用,有助于手术的顺利进行.%Objective To study the effect of preoperative meticulous interview in relaxing the stress level and unhealthy psychological status of surgical patients. Methods Forty-six pediatric patients treated with surgery from July 2009 to November 2011 selected were randomly divided into control group(routine interview group)and observation group (preoperative meticulous interview group), with 23 cases in each group. Then the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, serum cortisol, epinephrine before the interview, in the operation room at once, during the operation and after the operation at once and SCL-90 parents evaluation score before the interview, in the operation room at once of two groups were all compared. Results There was no significant differences of the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, serum cortisol, epinephrine and SCL-90 parents evalua-rntion score in two groups before the interview; wave amplitude of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, serum cortisol, epinephrine and SCL-90 parents evaluation score in observation group at other times were better than those in control groupall with the significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The preoperative meticulous interview plays an active role in relaxing the stress level and unhealthy psychological status of surgical patients, and it is contributive to operation smoothly.
