Objective To understand 4 kinds of blood transmitted diseases infection status, and provide data for the prevention of hospital infection, formulate scientific and control measures. Methods Four blood transmitted diseases (AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus) in patients before surgery, before delivery or before blood transfusion were detected by serological methods. Results 2126 infection cases with AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis B virus or hepatitis C virus were found in 35 144 cases, and the infection rate was 6.05% in three years. Conclusion Blood transmitted diseases infection rate was higher in patients, should enhance detection, standardized treatment, and hence to prevent hospital infection.%目的 了解患者中4种血液传播性疾病感染状况,为预防医院感染、制订科学控制措施提供依据.方法 对2008-2010年术前、产前及输血前35144例患者进行艾滋病、梅毒、乙型病毒性肝炎、丙型病毒性肝炎等4种血液传播性疾病血清学检测,结合住院病历诊断进行调查分析.结果 三年共发现艾滋病、梅毒、乙型病毒性肝炎、丙型病毒性肝炎现症患者2 126例,感染率为6.05％.其中艾滋病64例(0.18％),梅毒457例(1.30％),乙型病毒性肝炎1370例(3.90％),丙型病毒性肝炎235例(0.67％).结论 术前、产前及输血前患者中血液传播性疾病感染率较高,应加强和扩大检测,规范操作,预防医院感染.
