目的：分析采用脑外科手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法2013年6月至2014年7月到我院就诊的100例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象，采用抽签方式分为实验组(采用微创颅内血肿清除术予以治疗)和对照组(采用开颅清除术予以治疗)，每组各50例，对比两种手术的治疗效果。结果①实验组患者治疗2周后的血肿体积显著小于对照组( P<0.05)；②实验组患者的治疗总有效率(82.00%)显著高于对照组(64.00%)(P<0.05)。结论采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血，效果明显，值得推广。%Objective To analyze using brain surgery for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods On June 6, 2013 - July 2013 in our hospital 100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object, USES the lottery is di-vided into experimental group ( treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma to) and the control group ( with removal of craniotomy treatment), 50 cases in each group, compared the therapeutic effect of two kinds of surgery.
