Based on the changes of government investment in public hospitals in China since 2012, this paper found that the public hospitals in China are still facing some prominent problems, such as insufficient investment, difficult to repay long-term debts, unbalanced investment allocation among regions, and so on. At the same time, the reform of health insurance payment mode also enhance the risk of in-creasing the potential operating cost of public hospitals. Therefore, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as improving the government investment policy, establishing the financial fund performance evaluation mechanism, and increasing the supports to the central and western regions.%基于2012年以来全国公立医院政府投入变化情况,分析发现,当前我国公立医院仍面临投入不足、长期债务难以偿还化解、地区之间投入配置不均衡等突出问题,同时医保支付方式改革也存在增加公立医院潜在运行成本的风险.因此提出完善政府投入政策、建立财政资金绩效评价机制、加大对中西部地区支持力度等政策建议.
