Objective:In order to provide a basis for health supervision in public places,we did a health surveys and investigation on public places facili-ties.Method:We Detected total number of bacterial flora such as Coliform,Aureus and Mold in public places facilities.Result:We monitored 2339 public fa-cilities in five years and the average pass rate is 92.0%.The pass rate for year 2010 to 2014 are 90.8%、85.3%、90.8%、95.7% and 93.8%.And the result shows there is statistical significance between them.(X2 =41.2 (P < 0.01))Conclusion:The pass rate of health surveillance of public places facilities for last five years fluctuated.Therefor,strengthened supervision and monitoring efforts are needed to further improve the health quality in public places.%目的：了解甘州区公共场所公共用品卫生状况，为公共场所的卫生监督管理提供依据。方法：对辖区公共场所公共用品进行细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌监测。结果：五年共监测公共用品2339件，合格率92.0％。2010－2014年公共用品监测合格率依次为90.8％、85.3％、90.8％、95.7％、93.8％。五年合格率之间差别有统计学意义（X2＝41.2 P <0.01）。结论：该区公共场所公共用品五年监测合格率呈现波动状态，仍需加强督导和监测力度，进一步提高公共场所的卫生质量。
