目的：对甲状腺手术并发症的预防及术后护理进行分析。方法：采取2013年4月份至2014年7月份期间在本院接受治疗的212例甲状腺疾病患者，对这212例甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本院通过有效的预防措施和术后护理，212例甲状腺疾病患者已有203患者痊愈，术后共发生并发症9例，其中术后切口内出血2例，喉返神经损伤2例，甲状旁腺损伤导致低钙抽搐5例。结论：针对甲状腺疾病，充分的术前指导以及术后护理，可以有效地降低并发症的发生，促进患者的健康，提高患者的生活质量。%Objective:Prevention of complications for thyroid surgery and postoperative care for analysis.Methods:Taken during April 2013 to July 2014 at 850 cases of thyroid disease patients receiving treatment in the hospital,about 850 cases of retrospective analysis clinical data of patients with thyroid diseases.Results:Through effective prevention measures in our hospital and post -operative care,and 850 cases of thyroid disease with 842 patients recovered,only 8 ca-ses with complications for the patients.Conclusion:For thyroid disease,do preventive work and care after surgery before,you can effectively reduce the occur-rence of complications and promote patient's health,improve the patient's quality of life.
