目的:探讨克氏针内固定和锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折临床疗效差异.方法:选取我院近年来收治肱骨外科颈骨折患者110例 ,采用随机数字表法分为 A组(55例)和B组(55例) ,分别采用克氏针内固定和锁定钢板内固定治疗 ;比较两组患者临床疗效、Neer肩关节功能评分及术后并发症发生率等.结果:B组患者临床疗效显著优于 A 组 ,差异有统计学意义(p<0 .05);B组患者 Neer肩关节评分显著优于 A 组 ,差异有统计学意义(p<0 .05 );同时B组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于 A 组 ,差异有统计学意义(p<0 .05 ).结论:与克氏针内固定相比 ,锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折可有效改善术后肩关节功能 ,降低并发症发生风险.%Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of kirschner wire fixation and locking plate fixation in treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture .Methods:110 patients with humerus surgical neck fracture in recent years in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including A group (55 patients) with kirschner wire fixation and B group (55 patients) with locking plate fixation ;and the clinical effect ,Neer shoul-der joint function score and postoperative complication incidence of both groups were compared .Results :The clinical effect of B group were significantly better than A group(p<0 .05) .The Neer shoulder joint function score of B group after treatment were significantly better than A group(p< 0 .05) . The postoperative complication incidence of B group after treatment were significantly better than A group(p<0 .05) .Conclusion:Compared with kir-schner wire fixation ,locking plate fixation in treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture can efficiently improve shoulder joint function and reduce the risk of complications .
