激素对饥饿小鼠和饱食小鼠肝糖原及血糖含量的影响观察

     

摘要

目的:对饥饿小鼠和饱食小鼠分别注射地塞米松和肾上腺激素,观察激素对其肝糖原及血糖含量的影响。方法32只健康小鼠随机分成两组:饥饿组16只,严格禁食不禁水30 h,于实验前5 h对其中8只小鼠腹腔注射地塞米松;饱食组16只,自由摄食、饮水,于实验前0.5 h对其中8只小鼠腹腔注射肾上腺素。采用蒽酮显色法测定小鼠肝糖原,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定小鼠血糖。结果饥饿组注射地塞米松小鼠与未注射小鼠血糖、肝糖原含量差异显著,饱食组小鼠注射肾上腺素与未注射小鼠血糖、肝糖原含量亦差异显著,均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论肾上腺素能增加血糖含量、降低肝糖原含量,而地塞米松能使血糖含量下降,肝糖原含量上升。%Objective To understand the effects of hexadecadrol and adrenaline on the liver glycogen and blood glucose of hungry and satiated mice respectively.Method 32 healthy mice were randomly divided into two groups, namely, hungry group (n=16) and satiated group (n=16).The hungry group were kept from taking in anything except water for 30 hours, and 8 of them were injected with hexadecadrol 5 hours before the experiment.The satiated group were allowed to take food and water to the full, and 8 of them were injected with adrenaline 30 minutes before the experiment.Anthrone colorimetric method was then used to determine liver glycogen and glucose oxidation was utilized to determine the blood glucose in the mice.Findings The difference in the content of blood sugar and hepatic glycogen between the mice with hexadecadrol and without hexadecadrol of the hungry group and the difference in the content of blood sugar and hepatic glycogen between the mice with and without adrenaline of the satiated group were both significant (P<0.05).Conclution Adrenaline can increase blood sugar and decrease liver glycogen content while dexamethasone can make blood sugar levels drop and liver glycogen content increased.
